To set iSurvey to automatically email the report to a specific address once finalised:

Login to your online account.
Click "My Account" at the top of the page.
"Update Details" will appear in the menu below. Click this.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the check box that says "Send report copy to email address".
Enter the desired email address in the box below.

This is particularly useful for agents who want to be notified when reports have been completed, and have them available for viewing as an attachment at the same time.
